Promises, Promises...

Sorry I've left you in the dark! No, I haven't been away, or in County, or curled up on the floor in a foetal position. Just a little lazy and enjoying the Summer. That doesn't mean I haven't been cooking! I've got a great Chocolate Mousse recipie coming, along with more Pork, a Roasted Corn Chutney, and an hors d'oeuvre that I'm going to be trying for the first time. I've got a cocktail party coming up in the middle of September that I need to start practicing for. So, again, I apologize. More to come soon!
